Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer or common retail technology (smartphones/tablets) is typical for this role.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier or similar position.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Responds knowledgeably to customer and employee questions and guides them through projects as needed.
• Communicates stock, warranty, and program details to customers.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions per company guidelines.
• Assists in securing and loading items, and ensuring accurate pricing and receipts.
