Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsabilités

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines
• Monitors cash in drawer and cash recycler levels to ensure they do not exceed limit requirements
• Inspects and bags merchandise for customers and assists in checkout operations
• Looks up product information and price matches as needed
• Provides proper monetary change to associates for register activities
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards
