Job summary

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Cash Management Manager to oversee cash management services for business members, including ACH origination, wire transfers, and RDC. You will lead onboarding, maintenance, and security controls, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of demonstrated proficiency with Cash Management and Online banking platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver value driven service to the business member.
• Demonstrated operational management skills, including supervising staff and other services.
• Working knowledge of core banking systems and account maintenance functions.
• Experience with electronic payment systems, user administration, security entitlements, and fraud monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support cash management products and services, including ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture (RDC), positive pay, and commercial online banking.
• Coordinate the onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and termination of cash management services for business members.
• Provide exceptional service and technical support to business members and internal staff regarding cash management products, systems, and services.
• Process and review cash management requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor daily cash management activities and investigate, resolve, and document operational issues and member inquiries.
• Establish and maintain user access, entitlements, account permissions, and security controls for business online banking platforms.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating fraud risk through the administration of fraud prevention services, account monitoring, and adherence to security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, NACHA Operating Rules, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and credit union policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, agreements, service documentation, and audit trails for all cash management services.
• Conduct quality control reviews and participate in audits and examinations as required.
• Collaborate with commercial lending, branch operations, and other departments to support business member relationships and growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand cash management services and enhance member relationships through consultative support and product recommendations.
• Assist with product enhancements, system upgrades, testing, training, and implementation of new services.
• Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned to support the operational and strategic objectives of the credit union.
