Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management services, or financial services product management.
• 5+ years supervisory or 3+ years management experience in a management or product ownership role.
• Experience developing and maintaining a product or technology roadmap, including vendor management, RFP processes, and technology delivery partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 3-year roadmap for cash management products.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and external vendors to translate roadmap priorities into delivery plans with SLAs and acceptance criteria.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client retention across cash management products and services.
• Define product vision and prioritize the roadmap based on client needs, revenue opportunity, and technology capability.
• Maintain compliance and risk oversight for cash management products and services.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning product management, implementation, and service support.
