Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Casework Supervisor for its Louisville, KY offices. The role leads direct service staff within PIR and RSS programs, plans programming, coordinates service delivery, and ensures budgetary and reporting responsibilities are met on a regular on-site basis.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of refugee resettlement experience with supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in social work or related field.
2–3 years of experience implementing domestic refugee resettlement or similar programs.
Experience supervising, supporting, and training staff is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop direct service staff through supervision and coaching; liaise with HQ for guidance and support.
Oversee PIR and RSS program service delivery; assign cases and ensure timely provision of services including housing, school enrollment, health assessments and community connections.
Manage partnerships with housing providers and local organizations to connect clients with benefits and services; cultivate vendor relationships for budget savings.
