Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or social work.
• Minimum of two years of work history with at risk youth preferred.
• Must be a self-starter and team player with ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and safety of youth on overnight shift, staying awake during sleeping hours.
• Defuse crises using verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Provide intake, assessment and discharge planning; crisis counseling and information/referrals.
• Maintain documentation (bed checks, case notes, incident reports) accurately and timely.
• Assist with transportation of youth to activities and appointments as needed.
