Job summary

Churches United seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support residents at Micah’s Mission in Moorhead, MN. You will manage a caseload, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with the CEO, COO, Shelter Director, and Desk Lead to advance housing stability and reduce returns to shelter.

The ideal candidate is a Minnesota Licensed Social Worker or has a BSW, with 3–5 years in human services and nonprofit experience.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Licensed Social Worker or bachelor’s in social work or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in human services.
• Experience in a nonprofit setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload for residents at Micah’s Mission.
• Oversee all Case Management and coordinate meetings.
• Work with CEO, COO, Shelter Director, and Desk Lead.
• Ensure compliance with data and HMIS/CARES requirements.
• Orient and evaluate all Case Managers; network with community partners.
