Responsibilities

• Train, model and assist Advocates with programs related to the front desk/Advocate position.
• Ensures safety of the shelters and coordinates with Shelter Supervisors and Case Managers.
• Works with Shelter Supervisors regarding scheduling and maintaining up-to-date trainings.
• Confers with staff to assist them with analyzing case problems and program development.
• Document case notes and support Shelter Advocate duties.
