Job summary

Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager I/II/III/IV to provide comprehensive case management services for Alaska Native and American Indian participants in TANF, General Assistance, Disability Employment Services, and 477 programs within the CITC service area.

The role requires strong assessment abilities, cultural competency, and dedication to helping participants access internal and external resources, with reporting to the Case Management Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of case management experience.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and insurable under CITC’s insurance.
• Background check required for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active participant caseload and provide comprehensive case management.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths, skills, and barriers.
• Provide one-on-one coaching on job search strategies and life management.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with Life Skills workshops and Barrier Assessments.
• Document all participant interactions and outcomes in databases.
