Paycom - ATS is seeking a Tribal Family Services Case Manager in Ketchikan, AK to provide culturally responsive case management and family support under ICWA and OCS guidance. The role focuses on reunification goals, advocacy, and parenting education within a tribal context.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (pref.) and at least six years in related areas, with strong documentation and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field is preferred.
• Minimum six years of experience in child welfare, ICWA, or related family services.
• Strong skills in case management, documentation, and advocacy.

Responsabilités

• Provide case management, advocacy, and support to Tribal families.
• Develop culturally responsive service and safety plans with OCS and ICWA staff.
• Coordinate and monitor supervised visitation and exchanges.
• Conduct family assessments and identify resources and referrals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation.
• Facilitate culturally informed parenting classes.
• Collaborate with Tribal programs, partners, and OCS to support family well‑being.
• Assist with program reporting, data collection and compliance.
• Participate in trainings and community meetings.
