Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking a Supervisory Case Manager within the Student Services division. The role focuses on Wraparound services for children with emotional/behavioral disorders, overseeing staff and providing clinical supervision.

Based in Downingtown, PA, the position emphasizes leadership, coordination with agencies, and ensuring access to medical, educational and social supports. The incumbent will supervise MT/BC-ABA staff, participate in intake, training, and

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Education, Social Work or Mental Health required.
• Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification required.
• Licensed mental health professional; or Master’s degree with CASSP experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to transport between central office and various locations throughout the county and state as required.
• Must understand mental health and Medicaid systems.
• Knowledge of special education programs, regulations and operations.
• Knowledge of human services programs and county agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of individual treatment plans and monitor revisions.
• Conduct service intakes for clients.
• Evaluate clients for Wraparound services with consultant pool.
• Meet with Interagency Team to develop a care summary.
• Coordinate delivery of services per plan of care summary.
• Monitor Medicaid reimbursement from CC MPO and fee-for-service.
• Maintain professional relationships with the professional community.
• Coordinate with early intervention, school districts and community personnel to support child/adolescent functioning.
