Job summary
The Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking a Case Manager - Supervisory in Downingtown, PA, to oversee Home and Community Services (Wraparound) for children with emotional/behavioral disorders. You will guide service delivery, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate with school districts and community agencies.
Responsibilities include intake, care planning, and monitoring outcomes, with opportunities for direct service in some cases.
Qualifications
- Requires Master’s degree in Education, Social Work or Mental Health.
- Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification is required.
- Licensed mental health professional status or equivalent.
- Experience with CASSP systems or related children’s services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development and implementation of individual treatment plans.
- Conduct client intakes and participate in care planning with the Interagency Team.
- Coordinate services per plan of care and monitor Medicaid/private insurer billing.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and assist program supervisor as needed.
