Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor BCBA to lead clinical operations and provide supervision across clinicians. The role includes overseeing caseloads, developing and updating BIPs, and ensuring high-quality treatment planning and documentation.

The supervisor will mentor BCBAs and Fellows, collaborate with the Office Manager on scheduling, and report to the Operations Manager to align with standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years post-certification experience; 2+ years in lead supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case oversight for clinicians.
• Maintain a caseload, assess, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans.
• Review treatment plans for effectiveness and ensure quality.
• Monitor documentation and data collection across teams.
• Lead and mentor BCBAs, fellows, and RBTs; supervise staff.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on scheduling and productivity.
• Report to Operations Manager with a clinical alignment to regional standards.
• Review treatment recommendations with parents/caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and state licensure requirements.
