Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit seeks three passionate Behavior Analysts Consultants (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. They will conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs, and provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, families, and educational teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field is required.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
2 years of experience in educational or community settings preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized PBSPs.
Write programs for students to address teaching skill deficits, maintenance of skills, and routines to address school avoidance behaviors.
Train staff on FBAs and PBSPs and PBSPs; monitor PBSP implementation.
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, families, and educational teams; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
