Job summary

Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) seeks a Senior Case Manager for our Wading River location to supervise case management staff and oversee social work services in an emergency housing setting.

You will ensure high quality housing services, coordinate with OTDA and local agencies, provide crisis intervention, and maintain program compliance through regular supervision, reporting, and staff development.

Qualifications

• BSW required; MSW preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in management within social services.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and supervision of Case Managers.
• Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with CHI, OTDA, and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, update performance goals and notes in Paycom.
• Prepare and submit required internal/externals reports.
