Advocates in Sterling, MA seeks a Senior Case Manager to guide day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality support for Day Habilitation members. This full-time role collaborates with the Team Leader on program development and service planning, with responsibilities spanning documentation, assessments, and progress reporting.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with related experience, strong written communication, and a commitment to culturally diverse populations.
Starting Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality support is afforded to all Day Habilitation members. The Senior Case Manager will also assist the Team Leader with extra assignments with a larger focus on guiding the day to day operations of the program.
