Advocates in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager in a group home setting. You will supervise Direct Support staff and ensure compassionate, person-centered care for adults with developmental disabilities.
The blended shift includes Saturdays and weekday evenings. Responsibilities include staff supervision, coordinating appointments, documenting progress notes, monitoring staff coverage, and supporting medication administration per MAP procedures.
Starting Rate: $20.25/hour
Schedule: Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
The Assistant Program Manager will assist the Program Manager with supervisory responsibilities within a group home setting. This role will also ensure the smooth operation of caregiver services provided by Direct Support staff to adults who identify with developmental disabilities.
