Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
• Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with injured clients.
