Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in consumer-packaged goods manufacturing, TPM/Lean expertise, and strong analytics (Power BI/Tableau/SQL). A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Competenze
- 5+ years in manufacturing; TPM/Lean experience valued.
- Comfort with analytics/automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field.
Mansioni
- Audit carton lines, ensure equipment and sanitation standards, verify HACCP and quality checks.
- Mentor and coach diverse team; conduct one-on-ones with Team Leads; build capability through training.
- Monitor OEE and Throughput, align production to plan, optimize material flow and usage.
- Lead SAP Super User activities across shifts; support carton-packaging trials and HR labor matters.
- Participate in improvement projects and corrective actions to enhance performance and safety.
