• Comfort with analytics/automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to inform decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Audit carton lines, ensure equipment and sanitation standards, verify HACCP and quality checks.
• Mentor and coach diverse team; conduct one-on-ones with Team Leads; build capability through training.
• Monitor OEE and Throughput, align production to plan, optimize material flow and usage.
• Lead SAP Super User activities across shifts; support carton-packaging trials and HR labor matters.
• Participate in improvement projects and corrective actions to enhance performance and safety.
