Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for its Bradenton, Florida plant. You will lead plant-wide supply chain execution to drive safety, quality, and cost effectiveness across manufacturing and distribution.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration across functions to deliver continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage environment. Remote/onsite blend and relocation may be needed.

Competenze

Experience leading teams in a high-speed food/beverage environment.
Proven ability to drive safety, quality, and cost performance.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial impact analysis.
Ability to develop and implement strategic operation plans.
Excellent communication across functions and levels.

Mansioni

Lead plant-wide supply chain operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.
Develop budgets, CapEx plans, and manage PM/AM activities within TPM framework.
Coordinate with warehousing, production, and logistics to meet service targets.
Drive continuous improvement and realign resources to meet objectives.
Coach and develop team members; maintain cross-functional relationships.
