Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for our Bradenton, FL plant. This role leads the plant's end-to-end supply chain, driving safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years+ experience as a people leader in a high-speed food and beverage environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining world-class safety and quality results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and manage large budgets and CapEx.
• Deep knowledge of chilled beverage supply chain.
• Experience in implementing strategic operation plans and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide supply chain operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.
• Drive TPM, true efficiency, and maintenance planning in line with the Chilled Strategic Plan.
• Evaluate capabilities and realign resources to meet objectives and optimize performance.
• Oversee palletizing in partnership with warehouse to meet safety, quality, productivity and service goals.
• Improve OHS results and sustain best-in-class outcomes across the plant.
• Deliver quality results and meet customer service and fill-rate targets.
• Develop budgets and CapEx plans to support plant goals.
