Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Specialist 1 to support our Carton Filling team in Bradenton, FL. You will safely and efficiently run equipment in the department during the qualification period, flow to work and assist with quality checks, changeovers, cleanup, and other departmental tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, TPM participation, and adherence to 5S standards while maintaining product quality. A forklift license is preferred, and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Able to safely operate department equipment during qualification period.
• Flow to work and assist with quality checks, changeovers and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM objectives and maintain 5S standards.
• Safely operate and troubleshoot equipment to ensure reliability.
• Attend meetings and communicate issues between shifts.
• Fulfill quality checks including fill weight and lot information checks.
