Job summary
Tropicana Brands Group in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Senior Supervisor for the Carton team to drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead a team on the production line, coach staff, and partner with the Safety Manager to meet goals.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and adherence to HACCP and Quality programs. A minimum 5 years in consumer-packaged goods manufacturing and experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred. On-site daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a consumer product environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zarpac, and SQL is advantageous.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and reside near Bradenton, FL.
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety, quality, and efficiency for the Carton team.
- Lead and coach a diverse production-line staff, ensuring accountability.
- Collaborate with Safety Manager to achieve safety goals and procedures.
- Serve as SAP Super User across shifts and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct line audits and implement corrective actions to improve OEE and TE.
