Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a Packaging & Blending Operations Supervisor to drive safe, reliable, and high-quality performance on the packaging lines while collaborating with blending and production teams.

You will lead pre-shift huddles, verify product quality, monitor KPIs, remove roadblocks, and coach hourly staff to achieve goals while advancing TPM, productivity, and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coaching hourly staff and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift safety huddles and sanitation checks.
• Verify product quality and food safety criteria.
• Monitor KPIs (efficiency, yield loss, quality) and respond to trends.
• Coordinate line changeovers, materials flow, and transport timing.
• Develop team through training and performance management.
