Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or operations management, and experience supervising hourly staff in a food/beverage environment.

• Experience leading hourly production teams in food/beverage manufacturing.

• Proven ability to implement safety and quality standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tracking.
