Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Packaging Department, ensure safety, quality and sanitation, and drive productivity in a fast-paced beverage operation.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work off-shift and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (engineering, business, operations management, supply chain preferred).
• 3+ years supervising in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Off-shift and weekend work required; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience coaching hourly staff; strong communication and feedback skills.
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives; data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Track output measures (efficiency, yield loss, quality, inventory, transactions).
• Develop team capabilities and coach staff to meet goals.
• Drive change leadership while minimizing impact on personnel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a strong presence on the plant floor and enforce policies.
• Implement productivity, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
