Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in Bradenton, FL, is seeking an Off-Shift Site Technical Advisor to lead and optimize 3pm–11pm operations at the Bradenton Plant. You will guide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, coordinate with supervisors, and drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and productivity.

Responsibilities include prioritizing resources for breakdowns, coordinating with support groups, and delivering plant-wide performance gains while maintaining compliance and a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operations & maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated technical experience in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for off-shift operations to deliver plant results.
• Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting support for frontline staff.
• Coordinate with shift leaders and production supervision for effective communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve carryover issues and projects from off shifts.
• Promote continuous improvement through root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Develop technical capabilities of off-shift supervisors and personnel.
• Prioritize resources for production breakdowns and emergencies.
• Ensure proper use of CMMS and maintain equipment reliability.
