Arrive Logistics, a premier transportation and tech company in North America, seeks a Senior Carrier Account Representative in Chicago. You will establish and grow carrier partnerships, service customers end-to-end, and coordinate with the tracking team to deliver elite service from pickup to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role required.
• Personable and hard-working with a proactive mindset.

• Strong external and internal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight carriers and build relationships with carriers listed in CRM or found via research.
• Develop carrier partnerships and secure capacity for loads for Arrive’s customers.
• Analyze market conditions, carrier availability, and shipping demands to select best carriers.
• Coordinate with Arrive’s tracking team to provide elite service from pickup to delivery.
• Maintain service performance and regularly update tracking boards and pre-pickup status.
• Seek opportunities for new and existing customers to use committed capacity.
• Build strong internal relationships with the Business Development team.
• Use industry knowledge to resolve issues quickly and independently.
