Arrive Logistics is seeking a Senior Carrier Account Representative to build and grow carrier partnerships, supporting our customers with best-in-class service from pickup to delivery in the fast-paced freight brokerage environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Carrier Sales or brokering, are highly motivated, and excel at building internal and external relationships. The role is based in the Phoenix, AZ area with relocation assistance available and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight carriers and develop relationships with carriers in our CRM or via research.
• Develop carrier partnerships and capacity; arrange or negotiate loads for Arrive’s customers.
• Analyze market conditions, carrier availability and customer shipping needs to select best carriers.
• Collaborate with Arrive’s tracking team to provide elite customer service from pick-up to delivery.
• Maintain outstanding service performance.
• Update tracking boards and maintain regular contact with carriers; manage pre-pick up status.
• Identify opportunities for new and existing customers to use committed capacity.
