You will promote QR’s cargo products, build relationships with agents and key clients, and coordinate with ground handling teams and Head Office Cargo to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Complete product knowledge and the market practices of the areas of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all sales and marketing activities at the station and region.
• Develop strategic business plans including sales steering activities to optimize revenue and enhance QR’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, key clients, and business partners in the cargo industry.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market share analysis using compliant methods. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective strategies.
• Ensure QR’s participation in sales campaigns and public events.
• Assist customers/clients with all information related to booking/ forwarding/delivery liaising with the local Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo departments.
