Qualifications

• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and labor cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities.
• Ensure account operates per contract terms and service level agreements.
• Supervise staff and create succession plans for leadership development.
• Oversee ground support equipment maintenance and long-term needs analysis.
• Manage attendance records, staffing coverage, and labor budgets.
• Maintain TSA compliance and corporate security program.
