Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor GHA service to EK standards, including load control and safety.
• Oversee import cargo receipt and resolve related issues.
• Prepare and verify cargo documentation per local regulations and company policies.
• Update flight handling reports and monitor for irregularities.
• Dispatch post-flight information to departments promptly.
• Assist and coach Cargo Agents; provide operational support as directed.
