Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a capable supervisor to oversee cargo handling operations at the airport facility. You will manage a team, equipment, and schedules to ensure safe, efficient cargo movement in line with client contracts and company standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, plus ramp and SIDA training. Expect a hands-on, pace-driven environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Previous cargo experience is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise cargo handling functions at airport facility.
• Ensure compliance with SSQMS and company policies for safety and efficiency.
• Manage schedules, personnel, and equipment to meet service levels.
• Coordinate with customers and address inquiries or disputes about cargo shipments.
