• Produce and analyze market data to establish guideline rates.
• Identify issues in account performance and propose corrective actions with sales.
• Collaborate with manager on product and market evaluation analyses.
• Perform routing cost analyses to inform cost-effective strategies.
• Track weekly vessel service performance and advise contingency plans.
• Monitor inventory and identify promotional cargo opportunities.
• Analyze efficient utilization of refrigerated equipment assets with management.
• Support service recovery efforts operationally.
• Travel domestically as required.
