Heartis Village Senior Living in Peoria, IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to enrich residents' lives. You will provide hands-on care and help create a warm, home-like environment where residents feel respected and safe.

Choose full-time or part-time shifts (8-hour or 12-hour) with every other weekend. We offer competitive wages, benefits, training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• CNA certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• 18 years or older
• Prior eldercare experience preferred
• Strong communication with residents and staff

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility assistance
• Respond to call bells promptly and ensure resident safety
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and assist with daily activities
• Offer companionship and engagement in meaningful activities
• Document care provided and report changes to supervisor
