Heartis Village Senior Living, now part of the Discovery Management Group, is seeking dedicated caregivers to enrich residents’ lives. You will provide hands-on personal care and support in a safe, home-like setting, with a focus on dignity and independence. Competitive wages and flexible scheduling are offered.

Positions are available in Peoria, IL, with full-time and part-time hours. Prior senior-care experience and CNA certification are preferred, and ongoing training and growth opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily personal care support including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance.
• Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells.
• Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; engage residents in meaningful activities.
