Job summary

Heartis Village Senior Living, now part of Discovery Management Group, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals, while ensuring a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting, ambulation, and meals as needed.
• Respond promptly to security and call bells.
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and report changes.
