Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Respond to call bells promptly and maintain safety.
• Promote independence while ensuring dignity and well‑being.
• Keep resident rooms and work areas clean and organized.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in activities.
• Notify supervisor of changes in care needs.
