Heartis Village Senior Living, now part of Discovery Management Group, seeks compassionate caregivers to join our team at 8201 N. IL Route 91, Peoria, IL. As a Caregiver, you provide hands-on care and support daily living activities, helping residents maintain dignity and safety.

We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, with 8- or 12-hour options including every other weekend. Benefits include competitive wages, earned wage access, and growth opportunities within a people-centered culture.

Competenze

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, team, and leadership.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach with superb customer service.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance.
• Conduct frequent checks and ensure residents' whereabouts on shift.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Promote independence, dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Notify supervisor or health care coordinator if care needs increase.
