B Home Care is seeking a Lead Caregiver to provide hands-on in-home care and lead a team of caregivers. This full-time position offers 30+ guaranteed hours per week, daily pay, health benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience in home care, senior care, personal care, CNA/HHA/DSP or related caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attendance and a proven record of dependability.
• Valid driver7s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Able to respond to urgent staffing needs during scheduled availability.
• Willing to start care with new clients and build trust with families.
• Flexible to cover where clients need care and to adjust assignments.

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.
• Start care with new clients and help create a positive first experience.
