B Home Care is seeking a Lead Caregiver to join our full-time team in Brentwood. You will lead with compassionate, high-quality in-home care, starting new client services smoothly and covering urgent staffing needs as they arise.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, providing personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while ensuring accurate documentation and professional communication with families and the office.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience in home care, senior care, CNA, HHA, DSP, or related role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.
• Cover urgent and last-minute caregiver call-offs when needed.
• Start care with new clients and help ensure a successful transition.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with clients, families, and staff.
