Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and mobility assistance.
• Cover urgent and last-minute caregiver call-offs when needed.
• Start care with new clients and help ensure a successful transition.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.

As a Lead Caregiver, you'll provide exceptional care while serving as a trusted resource for clients, caregivers, and our office team. You'll help ensure new clients receive a smooth start to services, assist with urgent staffing needs, and set the standard for compassionate, reliable care.

• Must be available for on-call coverage during scheduled workdays
