Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Chicago, IL, seeks an experienced program manager to oversee workforce development programs and ensure compliance with WIOA regulations. You will coordinate program activities, lead staff, and drive performance toward agreed goals.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) legislation and regulations
• Minimum of five years of experience working with WIOA preferred, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong business knowledge of customer service best practices and performance management

Responsibilities

• Manage the applicable program to meet/exceed defined goals and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Communicate new and/or modified policies to staff and provide technical assistance to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Quality Performance & Training Specialist to ensure program compliance
• Identify and implement strategies and SOPs to ensure program success and adherence to contract requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet company objectives and adjust schedules as needed
• Develop and implement personnel training based on monitoring results and staff feedback
