The position emphasizes staff training, policy implementation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality program services at the Waterloo, IA location.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five+ years experience with WIOA preferred, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of WIOA legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communications, data analysis, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed defined program goals with compliance to laws and guidance.
• Provide policy updates and technical assistance to staff.
• Collaborate with Quality Performance & Training Specialist for compliance.
• Develop and monitor program strategies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Analyze workforce data to ensure policy implementation and improvements.
• Deliver program-specific training and instructional materials to staff.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for Project Director.
