Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Prior home care or health care scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules with high-quality matches.
• Log and monitor client and caregiver activity in the software system.
• Follow up on client and caregiver issues to resolve problems.
• Increase client loyalty through thoughtful, proactive communication.
