Job summary

At Home Senior Care in Manchester Center, VT seeks a Client Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team. The role focuses on creating high-quality caregiver schedules and coordinating with clients to ensure safe, comfortable in-home care.

You will work with Client Service Managers to adapt schedules, collaborate with team members, and foster strong relationships with caregivers to support ongoing client needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Curious, positive, professional demeanor.
• Prior home care scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environment with exceptional customer service.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of home/senior care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules with high-quality matches.
• Log and monitor client and caregiver activity in the software system.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved for clients and caregivers.
• Increase client loyalty by meeting current client needs with thoughtful inquiry.
• Build professional relationships with AHSC care providers.
• Identify opportunities to increase service hours and quality of care.
• Field new client inquiries, enter data, and prepare for care consultations.
• Communicate openly with colleagues, caregivers, clients, and families.
