• Address call-outs and last-minute schedule changes, arranging real-time coverage as needed.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff, serving as a field resource for care delivery.
• Assess and evaluate client care needs in collaboration with residents, families, and care team.
• Enter and maintain records in electronic systems (e.g., Yardi).
