Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to build and expand referral channels for non‑medical home care services in the East Bay area. This is a part‑time, 100% outside sales role with no office requirement.

You will conduct in‑person visits with assisted living communities, elder law attorneys, case managers and other referral sources, and you will set your own schedule while driving net‑new service hours on a commission‑only basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with assisted living and memory care communities, elder law attorneys, case managers, fiduciaries, and care professionals.

• Generate new client starts and service hours.
