Bay Home Health & Hospice, Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a Healthcare Marketing and Business Development Representative to grow our referral network across Northern California.

This is a flexible, independent, commission-based role without a fixed salary. You will promote Home Health and Hospice services, build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and case managers, identify new opportunities, and help expand our presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or business development preferred.
• Established healthcare industry connections are a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and case managers.
